Best time to visit
Although Zimbabwe is tropical, the higher elevations make for cooler and drier conditions than in many parts of Africa. The warmest part of the year is from November to April and these are also the wettest months. Wildlife enthusiasts generally have the best results in September and October and the mild “winter” takes place during the North American summer months.
